The following applies to orders placed through the shop, and general info on payment & shipping. For more information on custom orders for weddings or other events, learn more about the Custom Order Process.


Payment

I accept payments by credit/debit card through Stripe or Paypal. Your order will ship after payment clears. Don't have a card? I'm happy to arrange other payment, email me for details.

6% sales tax is automatically added for Maryland residents.

Packages ship without invoices (gift friendly!), please retain your order confirmation for your own records.


Shipping

Please see individual listings for turnaround times (the amount of time needed to process your order for in-stock items, or make your order for made-to-order items). If part of your order is made-to-order, the longer processing time will apply to the whole order (including in-stock items), as they'll ship together. 

All items are packed in sturdy boxes, with generous helpings of bubble wrap and air packs. Orders ship via US Postal Service (USPS).

Priority Mail, Flat Rate: 1-3 business days; tracking included
First Class Mail International: varies by destination (typically 7-28 business days); does not include tracking

Need a different mail carrier or method? Email me with your address (and your time frame, if you need it by a certain day) and I'll get back to you with a quote. I'll reserve the item for you, and adjust the price to account for the additional shipping costs.

You are responsible for any extra taxes or customs charges instituted by your own country's postal service.


Gifts

Buying a gift? I will gladly ship to your giftee. Set their name and address as the shipping address during checkout. Please note, I cannot split your order (i.e. mail some items to you and the rest to a second address)-- all items must ship to same address.

Gift wrap and message are available and can be selected at checkout. Wrapping paper will be gender/occasion-neutral, but lovely!


If you are unhappy with your items for any reason, please email me at WrenegadeFloral@gmail.com with your order # and a description of what's wrong to start the return process.

You'll have 14 days after receiving your order to send back items for a full refund (purchase price only, shipping charges are non-refundable). Items must be returned in unused, like new condition to qualify for refund.

If items arrived to you damaged in shipping, I'll send a replacement. If I've sent you the wrong thing, I'll cover the return shipping + shipping for exchange item.
