Sunny Yellow Bridal Set
I created this set for my display at a bridal expo. I wanted something bright and cheerful-- lots of yellow! I used a mix of yellow peonies, paler David Austen roses, and Craspedia (aka billy balls/buttons) with white cherry blossoms and variegated sage leaves. This is a great example of how I like to build bouquets: I find that having a range of flower/foliage sizes and shapes yields a fuller, more natural arrangement.
I layered the bouquet's underside with appliques of white clay lace, and the handle with yellow tulle and white lace.
Corsage & Boutonniere
The matching corsage and boutonniere feature David Austen roses, cherry blossoms, and sage leaves.
